We finished Addi and Jimmy's raised bed this week over here in Greeneville, TN.  I, Debbie Strickland, brought a trailer of dirt in, threw it off, and planted the garden bed with broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, carrots, radish, lettuce, and turnips.  We are going to get some spinach and kale to add into the mix as well.

An Eventful Fair Week!

It is finally over, well almost.  The Greene County Fair, in East Tennessee, ended yesterday.   We will have our booth taken down by tomorrow, then it will be officially over, till next year.  I am completely exhausted, but am very excited with how well things went.  A few challenges, but those challenges will make for a much

Wow, what a wonderful week we had!  As I, yes I, Debbie Strickland, loaded 9 teens in a van Monday and headed to Berea, KY, from Greeneville, TN.  We had a 3 and a half hour drive with teenagers!  The drive went very well as we headed west through the Cumberland Gap on Hwy 25E.
