our class started with 2 diffet types of ways to can kraut ,one way was with the old timmie shitter the other way was to cut it up . It was amazing watching and learning from these ladies .listing to stories of the old ways was so breath taking. a lot of our garnders had never can before so this was a new way for them to be able to save what they grew for later in the year.
