Grow Ohio Valley
Grow Ohio Valley is an agricultural nonprofit based in Wheeling, WV that has been building community through local food since 2014.
We envision a region where farmers flourish and local, healthy food is a way of life, and to that end we operate several urban farms and gardens – including a 1-acre vegetable plot, a geothermal hothouse, two high tunnel greenhouses, and an apple orchard – all on previously vacant, reclaimed land.
Additionally, we host a full slate of educational programming designed to build resilience and encourage nutritional literacy in our community.
