These warm, sunny days are making our Project Worth Grow Appalachia gardeners ready to get the garden action going. Many flowers and trees have started blooming and buds are popping out. We have sown seed in our greenhouse, now if we could have several dry days, the soil should be ready to turn. We need to get started on planting. The County Extension Service has onion sets that are called Candy Onions. This would be a different kind of onion to try out(wonder if it’s as good as it sounds…hmmm ?) I hope everyone is ready to get those gardens going. Hope everyone has a great start for 2016!
