August was a busy month with harvests, the gardens winding down, and getting ready for the fall. More pictures of the fall work day with kids from Dewitt Elementary are available here.

The Knox County Farmers' Market had some international help. Giuseppe Della Serra (pictured) a visiting scholar from Italy and Rodi Svynarenko a UK grad student from Ukraine helped with the LAHC GA booth.
