Hi, This is Justin Brock at the Red Bird Mission Grow Appalachia. We have had a great week. We had our Grow Appalachia picnic this week. The members brought a dish that was prepared from something out of their gardens. We ate like kings. There were a lot of very tasty foods. We had about everything you could think of. Everything from pickled beets to eggplant casserole. We had the picnic outside. Thought the rain was going to ruin it, but God looked out for us and the storm went around. We all had a great time eating and sitting around seeing who could tell the biggest tale.
