We plucked a few vegetables out of the Health Wagon garden this afternoon. While a very modest harvest, it was a welcome one, given that we got such a late start, with a soil pH of 5.3 and very low organic matter.

It was at least enough to generate encouragement and cause the wheels to turn a little faster in regards to next year’s garden.
