Thursday, July 3rd, I trekked across Lee County and relished in the beautiful gardens I saw.
Isn’t this dill lovely? One of my gardeners has now canned 56 quarts of dill pickles.
Carolyn’s tomatoes are a labor of love and I was so impressed that she had used
companion plants, marigolds, to control the insects.
I tried to lighten this one because it is such a work of art
with the garden kissing the pond, but I didn’t do a very
good job.
And now for a beautiful sight for beekeepers – honey harvest looking good for Fall.
