Here at the Westcare garden in Ashcamp the guys that come through the program generally spend 90-180 days in our facility. During that time almost all of them will get to experience working in the garden. We usually have anywhere from 80-90 guys here at all times. Our garden crew is made up of about 10 guys that go out and work almost every day. It is so encouraging to watch as the guys that have been here a while, pass the knowledge that they have obtained on down to the next man that will fill their shoes after they leave. It gives them a chance to help out their fellow brother. Our hope is that they will take what they have learned, and continue to pass it on!
