Spring is Here!

Spring has finally arrived here in the mountains. The temperature and weather is finally starting to gradually improve everyday and we welcome the first signs of the season. We wake up to the turkeys gobbling on the mountain side and have even began to hear a few frogs chirping at night. The greenhouse is lined with seed trays and most of them have already started to sprout. We have started our cauliflower, broccoli, cabbage, and Brussel sprouts and they are all coming up good. We have been in contact with Earth Tools and hope to receive word this week that our Grillo tractor is ready to pick up,  we are very excited to start breaking ground. Hopefully the weather will continue to work in our favor and we can get these seeds in the ground soon!
