Renee cans every year using the old fashioned way, by using the hot bath canning method. This year she heard of a new canning technique and decided to try it out to see if it would work. First you fill the oven with jars of whatever it is that youare canning, next you turn the oven to 250 degrees. After the oven has heated start your timer and let the jars heat for 2 hours. Next turn your oven off and let the jars completely cool and seal. Renee discovered that you can do many jars a lot faster when using the oven!!
