Here is a picture from the gardening basics class that we held last week! Coming up in April we are collaborating with one of Eastern Kentucky University’s dietetics classes to host our Heart Healthy diet class, one of the professors has volunteered his class to come down and teach our members how to cook a heart health meal! They are also going to be cooking for us in the actual class so im sure we will have a great turn out lol! As far as gardening goes for us this month, we hope to get out and have the garden plots cleaned up and ready to go now that the weather is finally turning around for us!
