This week we picked up, separated and distributed 3,648 summer transplants to our participants. We passed out many varieties of tomatoes, peppers and cucumbers. We also passed out bushel baskets, peck baskets, tomato stakes, fertilizer and tools.
We took advantage of the dry weather to conduct home visits and do some tilling to close out our week.
In all we had a busy and productive week. We’re looking forward to more sunny days so we can keep getting good things done.
