Grow Appalachia participant Hayven, a dedicated high school student, has impressed us with her entrepreneurial spirit!  Hayven diligently tended to the plants she started in the greenhouse before school each day, cultivating over 2,000 plants for summer crops and to sell in the local Farmer’s Market. Her dedication produced a great variety of plants, including cherry and Roma tomatoes, peas, pumpkins, herbs, watermelon, squash, zucchini, and more! We’re incredibly proud of Hayven’s hard work and success in launching her own plant business!
