End of Year!

Fall has come quickly with a freeze settling in putting an end to the majority of our growing but families have put out cover crops that will build up their soil for next year as well as give them fresh greens. People are finishing up preserving up the last of their bounty so they can enjoy over the winter months and gathering their winter squash. We can look forward to all of the catalogs arriving in our mail soon, giving us ideas of ideas of what we will grow next year and giving us the thought that it won’t be too far until Spring!
