We have been busy at Grow Morristown/Central Services gathering everything needed for our gardeners. We have a day planned for everyone to come help bundle supplies to take home. We like this approach because it is an opportunity to get everyone working together as a community.

We have some of our gardens ready for planting and others at various stages of planning and development. It has been an eye opening experience as a previous participant to see how much goes into making this program run smoothly.

One of the most exciting bits for me is that one of our gardeners is an elder who is brand new at gardening. I am honored we get the opportunity to teach her how to grow a garden. I know she will enjoy her gardens for the rest of her life. I love all of our gardeners already and can’t wait to see them grow their own organic food!
