Here at Magoffin County we are getting an early start on sending in soil samples through our extension service. The soil test results will allow us to improve the soil based on the crop being grown and the individual needs of each garden. Starting out with a healthy soil is a great way to improve your chances of a successful garden. We also have a few early crops getting started under grow lights to allow our gardeners an early start and practice transplanting when the time comes. The early spring blooms has us all excited to get planting and “believing in tomorrow.”
