Hi I’m Casey, I will be sharing our Grow Appalachia program with you. I am a little camera shy but I love showing off my beanstalks. Jack was envious of me.

Let me start by sharing a little bit about our parent organization, Henderson Settlement. If you visit the Settlement’s website you will see there are many ministries to support and encourage our community. We offer home improvement, a thrift store, a craft shop (with local vendors), infant/parent/youth/adult/senior support and much more. They have a growing greenhouse business that is participating in the Grow Appalachia program. A beef cattle program rounds out our agricultural setting. So the Grow Appalachia Program is a marvelous addition for the support of our community.
