Work is officially underway for the Grow Appalachia program here in Breathitt County! This year’s participants have been identified and we are in the process of getting supplies and doing soil samples. Plants are being sewn in the greenhouse at RCARS.
We are going to start tilling, as soon as we get a break from all this rain!
