Happy St. Patrick’s Day, everyone!

I had so much fun writing the blog for this week. I think you all are going to really enjoy this one! Given the title, I recommend you save this for future reference (Ok, you definitely don’t have to, but it couldn’t hurt, right? 🙂 )

Earlier this week, while we settled in at our desks trying to thaw from the early morning dip in mercury (16 degrees, hellooo?!), I reached out to everyone at Grow Appalachia HQ with a simple request: What vegetable varieties have they planted…and enjoyed? I’ve written many variety selection-related pieces, but this personal addition from Grow Appalachia staff is something special, and I hope you try these veggies for yourself! We hope you love them, too! Click on the variety name to get seed/growing information.

Have a great weekend, everyone, and happy planting and growing! Where’s spring??
