Caught Mr. Bill today straightning.   our makeshift fence to keep people from falling down our steep hill to the greenhouse.

Parsnips I planted last spring.  I thought I’d harvested them all at thanksgiving and Christmas, but was weeding on wednesday workday and under the straw were plenty to make roasted parsnips and sweet potatoes for Easter dinner tomorrow.  Yum!!!!

We have onions, peppers, tomatoes, flowers, cabbage, kale, lettuce, cucumbers and things I’ve forgotten started.

Bill planted tomatoes and cukes in the other 3 beds in the greenhouse today.

Our sweet potato beds to grow our own slips.  We bedded Beauregards, Heirloom Golden nuggets, and heirloom Old Timey Whites at our monday nite meeting.
