Looking for a way to preserve your herbs? This method is simple and convenient. I use herb cubes in my cooking all winter long.
Frozen herb cubes are easy. Just wash your fresh herbs and remove the stems. Chop herbs with a food processor or simply press them whole into ice cube trays. Top off with water and place in the freezer. Once the cubes are completely frozen, place cubes in labeled zip bags and place back in the freezer.
