Kale Chips

Tom here from Stone Soup. Here’s a quick, easy and delicious way to make use of all that Kale.

Parmesan Kale Chips

What you need:

Cookie Sheet/Baking Dish
6-8 0z kale
Fresh Parmesan Cheese
Salt
1 tsp olive oil or olive oil spray

*Preheat oven to 350 degrees

*Remove thick stems from kale and cut kale into bite size pieces

*Grease Cookie sheet with olive oil and toss kale in bowl with olive oil to coat (Can also use mister or spray oil)

*Place Kale on cookie sheet, salt lightly and place in oven for 10 minutes stirring after 5 minutes to make sure kale dries evenly

*Remove kale from oven, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and place back in the oven for an additional 5 minutes,

*Remove from oven and enjoy!
