Hi Everyone:
I want to let everyone know about Lead’s Grand Opening to be held on August 30, 2014 from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm. We are having this Re-grand Opening to show our appreciation to all the fine people who have helped us in all our projects we undertake.
Grow Appalachia is taking part in this cook-out and celebration.
Bea’s Canned Kraut
I have asked each one who had a garden to make their favorite dish or dishes, from the vegetables out of their garden and bring it to the cook-out. Several have said they would bring a dish.
I hope this ideal of mine works out good. I also ask them to bring a few of their canned food so that we can arrange and put on a table so everyone can see their hard work.
This week I am sharing a picture of some hot kraut I made this past weekend and also I canned some hot peppers. Hopefully, they all turn out good because it is very hard work. So we are inviting everyone to come out and see our new office, eat good food, and meet some great people in our community.
