We are so happy to see our gardeners trying new vegetables this year! Many have taken our advise and at least planted one new thing in their garden. Some tried a new variety of potato. They were pleasantly surprised with the blue potato.
celery
A few tried celery this year. All that have planted the celery are thrilled with the results.
rainbow chard
Rainbow chard is a favorite this year. The crop is doing wonderful.
purple carrots
One gardener even tried purple carrots!
roma beans
The white half runner has always been a favorite of our gardeners, but some broke out of the norm and planted this beautiful Roma bean. I have tried them and they are great with those little blue potatoes.
I am happy to see people stepping out of their comfort zone and trying new and different things.
