Many people talk about being green, but few take action. Here at GreenHouse17 being green is a reality. Sustaining ourselves with bringing food from the garden to the table is sustaining the earth. Who knew that being green would not only keep our bodies healthy, but would add calmness and healing to our minds as well. The beauty of the plants and the smell of the dirt along with sprinkles of raindrops make you feel like it is the one place in that moment when you would rather not be anywhere but right there. Learning about the garden to the table is a life skill that I think everyone should know. It is soothing to ourselves and our beliefs.
