Today’s pic is from Shelia in Dryden, Va’s garden. Shelia’s family is one of our family garden recipients. Shelia is a grandmother raising 4 grandchildren-one of which has Cerebral Palsy. She sent me the following text this week which is a reminder of why we do what we do:

Hey Garden Man! When are you going to come see my pretty garden? This garden thing is great! Its one of the best parts of my day! I love being down there doing, even though I may not know what I’m doing. Have a good day!
