Meet and Greet

We had a meet and greet last night as a special welcoming to new members of the garden. We brought snacks to share. We had new members sign up for raised beds if they wanted them. We talked briefly about how to get their new beds ready to plant. Everyone had a chance to order seeds. I think everyone had a good time meeting each other and eating. Sue from LMU ps and Believe it or not we are still harvesting Brussels Sprouts, cabbage, kale, collards, and turnips from the garden. My family enjoyed a lovely mess of brussels sprouts sunday nite stir fried in a little olive oil and sprinkled lightly with kosher salt. Yum!
