The Food Literacy Project
Using food and farming as vehicles for personal growth and social change, the Food Literacy Project engages young people through highly effective farm-based food, nutrition, and environmental education; leadership; employment; and community and civic engagement experiences. These experiences inspire and empower youth to become change-agents in their families and communities. The Food Literacy Project is committed to youth leadership – we know young people are capable contributors and strive to equip them as drivers of transformation and systems change.
